Each individual emits a unique vibratory frequency, conditioned by his or her inner physical and emotional state, history and thoughts. 

This frequency is the one with which we present ourselves to the world and experience existence. 

Through the practice of yoga, chanting and free movement, we invite you to tune in - and beyond ones own, connect to that which we wish to offer the world. 

Maud Dreyer is a longtime Kirtan wizard. She even managed to get yours truly chanting! No small feat. 

Throughout our weekend together we will weave the vibrations of sound to the vibrations of movement.

We are both bi-lingual and this retreat has the option of being lead in both English and French 

Dates: From August 22nd at 5pm to August 24th after lunch.
Option to stay until Monday August 25th after lunch for an extra day of practice.
